DATA & COMPLIANCE

Your data. Your country. Your property.

Aerial inspection produces a detailed record of your infrastructure. Four questions decide whether that record is an asset or a liability. Here are our answers, in the same words we use in the contract.

  1. 01

    Where does my data live?

Turkish customers' data is hosted in Türkiye. EU customers' data is hosted in the EU. The location is written into the service agreement rather than left to infrastructure convenience.

For energy infrastructure, where the imagery physically sits is a question your regulator, insurer or client will ask you.

  2. 02

    Who can see it?

Role-based access on a least-privilege basis: people see what their role requires, nothing more.

Contractually, you are the data controller and AIM is the processor, under a signed DPA aligned with KVKK and GDPR. Sub-processors, if any, are named.

  3. 03

    How is it secured?

Encrypted in transit and at rest. Raw radiometric files are hash-stamped at ingest, so every finding traces back to its exact source pixel. That chain of evidence is what a warranty claim may depend on.

Defined backups and an incident-response baseline are part of the service, not an option.

  4. 04

What do you do with it?

You own the data outright. AIM retains only de-identified imagery to improve fault detection, a right stated in the agreement rather than assumed. If you decline, nothing is retained.

We do not sell data, and we do not share it beyond the named sub-processors needed to deliver the service.

Strictly civil operations

AIM Civil Uncrewed Systems operates exclusively in civil and commercial contexts. We take no military work and supply no data or services for military purposes; this is a deliberate boundary, stated in our contracts.
